Starting from May 4th we will be open for dinner Monday – Friday 17.00 –  21.00 and Saturday 18.00 – 21.00. Sundays we will be closed for dinner. This menu will be served until the end of August.

 

Starters 

Classic Toast Skagen with dill, lemon and whitefish roe 165:-

Carpaccio with Parmesan, tarragon, deep-fried capers, tomato vinaigrette and fresh truffles 165:-

Cured Asparagus with sourdough corutons, ramson aoili, roasted hazelnuts and pickled vegetables 145:-

 

Main courses

Blackened Char with lukewarm seasonal vegetable salad, ramson vinaigrette and carrot chips 295:-

Butter Fried Perch with horseradish, browned butter, trout roe and lemon 295:-

Iberico Racks with mixed beans, chorizo, new potatoes and roasted tomato vinaigrette 275:-

Beef Sirloin glazed with coffee butter and served with burnt tomatoes, red wine sauce, fried spinach and new potatoes 315:-

Tower’s Prime Rib Burger 180g with bacon, cheese and belongings 205:-

Vegetarian Portabello Burger with belongings 195:-

Deep Fried Halloumi with mixed beans, ramson vinaigrette, carrot chips and burnt tomatoes 195:-
