Our weekly lunches – week 27
We’re changing gears to make room for everyone!
It’s been a while since the last post, but we’ve got an update for all you who are feeling hungry! Our kitchen is slammed pretty much every day now due to tour groups and bookings, which means we’re serving a set menu for those groups in order to make life just a lil’ bit easier for our wonderful chefs.
Not to worry, the groups aren’t the only ones getting special treatment! Each week we’re going to tailor a special menu for our regular guests as well, because we don’t want you to feel left out during these summer months. Lunch still costs 125 SEK and you get all the usual like our access to our salad spread, coffee, tea, bread and of course water! Book now so you don’t show up and get turned away!
To kick things off, week 27, which is this week of course, we’ll be serving the following:
Slow-cooked beef with a cream sauce, potatoes and home-made blackberry jelly
A classic bouillabaisse with croutons
Fried halloumi with quinoa, roasted pine nuts, beets and a honey-yogurt dressing
Mediterranean salad with mozzarella, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula with a pesto dressing
As posted above, we are really, really full these days with on average over 280 guests for lunch time so please be sure to book your table in advance!
